Is your stuffed quahog recipe the best? Enter the "Stuffie Competition" for a chance to be reigned King or Queen!
This fun, competitive event is open to all "home chefs" and will take place under the Festival Tent at 2:30 pm. Click here for the Application.
There is a $20.00 participant fee to compete.
Applications are due by Friday, August 4th. We will only be accepting the first 20 applicants - so please don't delay in submitting the application!
The Bristol Harbor Festival Committee will be providing competitors with a bag of “Top Necks” or “Cherrystones” harvested by local fishermen.
You will need to pick up your bag of quahogs at the Harbormaster's Office, located in the Bristol Maritime Center, on Thursday, August 10th or Friday, August 11th, anytime between Noon and 9:00 pm.
On the day of the Festival, please arrive by 2:00 pm with at least five Stuffies to be judged. Any remaining Stuffies will be served to the festival attendees.
We also encourage you to stay for all the festivities throughout the day. Click here for our Schedule of Events, which includes a Traditional Littleneck Boil put on by local fishermen. Tickets for the Littleneck Boil (or optional Steak Dinner) are $30.00 and can be purchased by clicking on the button below. You can also purchase tickets at the Bristol Harbormaster’s Office. Tickets will be available for purchase the day of the Festival, but in very limited quantity.
